Why We Started PractikAI

Artificial intelligence is moving faster than most organizations know how to absorb. Every week brings new tools, new platforms, new AI agents, new promises of automation, and new predictions about how AI will change business. We are not consultants or technologists who have only studied logistics from the outside. We have lived it.

Our team has led operations, revenue, product development, enterprise sales, technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and global SaaS platforms across the supply chain and transportation ecosystem. We have managed complex businesses, built technology companies, led large-scale transformations, and experienced the difficult work required to turn strategy into execution.

The Gap We Saw

As artificial intelligence accelerated, we saw a widening gap between the speed of AI innovation and the reality of implementing it inside real organizations.

Companies were being introduced to increasingly sophisticated technology while still working through the fundamentals, whether their data, processes, people, and governance were actually ready for it. At the same time, many organizations were being encouraged to adopt complex new tools before they had fully defined the business problem those tools were supposed to solve.
